We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order.

We offer the following delivery options:

- Cost: £4.99

Express Shipping

- Delivery time: 1–3 business days

- Cost: £9.99

Free Shipping

- Delivery time: 2–5 business days

- Cost: Free on orders over £29.99 otherwise £4.99

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.


3. Order Processing

- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

- Additional re-delivery fees may apply.

- Refunds may be refused if the parcel cannot be recovered.


6. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

- The courier may leave a card with re-delivery instructions.

- The parcel may be taken to a local depot or collection point.

- If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


7. Damaged Parcels

Customers must inspect parcels upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged:

- Note this with the courier.

- Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.


8. Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the provided address.

Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received.


9. Installation Notice

We strongly advise customers to:

- Inspect all products thoroughly before installation.

- Ensure installation is carried out by a qualified professional.

Nuvo Home is not responsible for installation costs, removal costs, or electrician fees.
